The Murdich Minnow is an awesome fly there are almost no fish that won't crush it. After countless ones tied I became bored tying it.  I wanted a replacement that kicked well tied with materials all picked for their movement. The GhettoSuperStar is the result it kicks with awesome movement all through out it.  Tied one on and you will be amazed at its result.

I wanted a weighted fly to fish specific spots. The fly needed to get down to the fish. But I didn't what any solid colors all the materials were picked to support each other with all their markings blending together.  The result is a fly with great flash, totals of random barrings and killer movement.  The only small minnow pattern I am never with out.

Sometimes you work on a fly and it doesn't turn out but you already have a great name. When I finished the Bush Baby it was nameless until I put my other fly on the backburner.  The Bush Baby is tied with a rattle, marabou, bunny, mallard flank, UV chenille, and rubber legs. Does especially well in shallow water.
